french scrapbook captions?

im making a scrapbook in french and i was wondering if all the grammar is correct!

voici mes amis. a gauche est Kim, elle etudie a l'universite Iowa pour biologie. a cote de Kim est Adriana, elle parle allamonde. nous adorons blagues.


c'est mon copine Dan. nous rencontrons a samedi a chipotle.

If the photo includes a boy "my friends" is "mes amis", if there are only girls on it, then it is "mes amies"



Voici mes ami(e)s. Kim est à gauche. Elle étudie la biologie à l'université d'Iowa. A côté d'elle c'est Adriana. Elle parle allemand. Nous adorons les blagues.

( If it is Adriana's jokes you like, then it is "Nous adorons ses blagues")



Is Dan male? if so it is "mon copain" not "ma copine".



Ici c'est mon copain, Dan. Nous le rencontrons le samedi à Chipotle.(masc)

Ici c'est ma copine Danielle. Nous la rencontrons le samedi à Chipotle.(fem)

well, like the guy above me, you've missed a good amount of accents and your spelling is abit off.

The text should look like 'Voici mes amis. A gauche se trouve Kim, qui étudie la biologie à l'Université de Iwoa. A côté d'elle est Adriana qui parle allemande. Nous aimons les blagues! Ceci est mon petit ami Dan. Nous nous réunissons tous les samedis.....'

i have no idea what 'chipotle' is but here's the help et bon chance! :)

You are missing several accents, and your gender is incorrect on some of these. I would suggest you try using http://babelfish.yahoo.com/ and translate some of your lines there to get the syntax and spelling correct.

BTW If you don't already know this, you can access the accents etc using the "character map" function of your keyboard (check you help files for how to access it since it is different for different OSs). One benefit of using Babelfish is you can then cut and paste the answers, which will import the accents.
