Monte Carlo is very small, sit in the Cafe de Paris Cafe in the main casino square. Pay 28 euros for 2 pints of beer. Take lots of pictures, watch the world go by. Spend some time in Nice theres more to do and see, and sit on the pebble beach for free

Well, you and your sister are too young to go into the casino, which rules out a lot of stuff. The Monaco aquarium is surprisingly good and worth a visit. There are some fantastically good restaurants which are fantastically elegant and fantastically expensive, which I suspect is also not what you had in mind. (

If you have a car, drive up to the perched village of Èze, a little to the northwest. It's cute and historic and has fabulous views over the Mediterranean.
